JOB DESCRIPTION Design solutions, assist implementation, monitor progress and re-engineer process/procedures for maintaining and enhancing the Information security posture of the organization.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
 
  • In consultation with the Information Security Group (India); plan, execute, verify compliance and re-engineer the process (if required) to maintain adequate Information Security posture across all offices of ICICI Bank Canada including branch locations
   
 
  • Drive Information Security related compliance requirements at the third party service providers
   
 
  • Provide security awareness trainings to the employees/staffs
   
 
  • Provide requisite support for implementation of organization wide Information Security initiatives (that would encompass international offices)
   
 
  • Learn and advises the organization with current information about regulatory information security policies, procedures pertaining to the job.
   
 
  • Participate in business continuity/disaster recovery planning processes and reviews.
   
 
  • Communicate ICICI Bank Canada security stance, including compliance issues, risks, and incidents to senior management
   
 
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of projects related to Information Security
   
 
  • Other duties as assigned
JOB AUTHORITIES
  • People Related:
    Interact and maintain rapport with the local and international IT teams Coordinate closely with process owners of Information Security Group, Head Office
       
  • Operational Related:
    Design solutions, assist implementation, monitor progress and re-engineer process/procedures for maintaining and enhancing the Information security posture of the organization
       
  • Finance Related:
    Control and monitor the capital and recurring expenditure related to Information Security, if any.
    QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related area
       
  • CISSP/ CISA/ CISM/ SANS GSEC / ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer
    WORK EXPERIENCE
  • 2-3 years of working experience in the Banking / Financial Services as Security Analyst/ IS Operations Manager
    SKILLS
    Functional Skills:
  • In-depth understanding of desktop/laptop/server controls
       
  • Be able to consult on Information Security controls to be implemented in new IT initiatives
       
  • Be able to consult the IT and Business teams for BCP/DRP
       
  • Be able to keep abreast with the Information Security related local and International provisions
       
    Behavioral Skills:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
       
  • Be able to communicate effectively at all levels including senior management
       
  • A high level of integrity and trust
       
  • Self motivated and capability to drive and implement initiatives within the organization
