JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose:
The Incumbent will drive the growth of Mortgage business through new product introduction, Channel development, process definition and development.

Areas of responsibility include:
 
  • Set up a team to originate retail mortgages with increased focus on High Ratio and conventional mortgages
   
 
  • Develop and define products in the line with the product approval process and regulatory norms
   
 
  • Set up systems, operating procedures and processes to ensure smooth functioning and monitoring of the business
   
 
  • Work with credit risk department to develop the risk assessment models
   
 
  • Develop and manage branch and broker channel for business origination
   
 
  • Track customer satisfaction
   
 
  • Ensure asset book growth & profitability through cost management, yield maximization & effective risk management
   
 
  • Meet compliance and regulatory requirements
   
 
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
   

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS DESIRED
Qualifications:
  		• University degree in Business Administration
       
     
    Work Experience:
  		• Minimum 10 years in broker channel management, business development, credit risk management
       
    Skills:
  • Working knowledge of FINONE, FCRM
       
  • In-depth knowledge of Mortgage product and market
       
  • Banking product knowledge
       
  • Ability to manage a team of skilled qualified professionals
       
  • Ability to consistently set high standards of performance
       
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, interpersonal skills
