    MR. GLENN ROURKE

    Mr. Glenn Rourke retired in January 2006, after working with a leading international financial group for over 30 years. He has lived and worked in Tokyo, Singapore and Hong Kong, and was involved in many aspects of international banking, including overall responsibility for operations in Hong Kong and the People’s Republic of China. He has also held a number of significant posts for the same organization in Canada, including Vice President of World Corporate Banking and Head of Corporate Banking for Eastern Canada. Past and current board positions include Chairman of the Canadian Bankers Association’s Quebec Committee, a seat on the Corporate Loan Evaluation Committee of the Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec, and Chair of the Board and Chair of Investment Committee for the Royal Victoria Hospital Foundation.

     

    Mr. Rourke is a bilingual native of Quebec City, and holds a degree from Queen’s University and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.
