How to open an ICICI HiSAVE account online
Step 2
Complete the Business Savings Account Application Form. For your convenience, this is a writable form. Upon downloading the form, you can complete the form directly on your computer. You would then need to print and sign it. Please make sure you have a printer connected to your computer
as you may not be able to save the changes on the form. Alternatively, if you prefer, you may also print the form and fill it in by hand.
 
Step 2 Read the Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Account Terms and Conditions.
Step 3

Mail the completed and signed Business Savings Account Application Form to ICICI Bank Canada at the address shown below along with the following requirements:

a) For Corporation (including not-for-profit Corporation): A copy of the articles or certificate of incorporation or letter patent of incorporation and Notice of Directors, resolution, meeting minutes excerpt or tax filing listing all directors (i.e. CT23, Schedule A, CO-17, AT1).

For Condominium (or Strata) Corporation: Copy of land titles/registry document showing registration of declaration, plan or description, or other document confirming existence of the corporation (eg: registration of By-law.) and copy of Notice of Directors, resolution or meeting minutes excerpt listing ALL directors (or council members in British Columbia).

For Partnership: A copy of the partnership agreement, partnership registration or Master Business License.

For Unincorporated Business: Copies of documentation confirming the identity of the unincorporated group or association (i.e. association’s constitution and bylaws, memorandum of association or Canadian Registered Charities Report).

For Sole Proprietor: Copies of the business name registration, Master Business license or professional practice license.

   
b) Cheques - Pre-printed business cheque and pre-printed personal cheques as given below. Send the Authorized Individual’s (s’) pre-printed personal cheque (s)1, and a pre-printed business cheque 2 with the full business name, made payable to the business and drawn on a Canadian bank, for any amount to be deposited. Here are examples:

 1. Pre-printed personal cheque 2. Pre-printed business cheque

For the US Dollar Business Savings Account, please send a pre-printed (with the full business name on it) US Dollar cheque drawn on a Canadian financial institution, made payable to your business name and write “US funds” on the front of the cheque.

What happens next?
Once ICICI Bank receives the documents as specified above, the account will be opened. After the cheques are cleared, the account user id and passwords will be mailed separately to you.
