Different ways to get your Credit Card Statement

As you may be aware, Canada Post employees are participating in rotating strikes across the country.

 

In case you do not receive your monthly credit card statement by mail when you expect it, please use one of the following options to review your account activity, confirm your balance and much more:

 

By phone: Through our automated phone system at 1-888-424-2422.

 

Online: Sign in to your account online on our website icicibank.ca. If you have not already done so, we recommend you sign up for paperless statements to ensure you are able to access your statements easily and conveniently during occurrences of such as postal strikes.

 

We would like to remind you that you remain responsible for making payment by the payment due date even if you do not receive a statement in the mail.

 

Please note that due to the strikes, if you mail a cheque to us, we may not receive your payment before its due date. Therefore, to ensure your payment is received on time, we encourage you to use online banking to pay.
