- Touch ID - A seamless way for users to access their accounts via fingerprint recognition, replacing the need for a password.
- Manage your Accounts: View account balances, transaction history and account details.
- Move My Money: Transfer funds between your ICICI Bank Canada savings or chequing accounts and up to three linked chequing accounts at other Canadian financial institutions. Transfers must be made in the same currency as your ICICI Bank Canada account.
- Mobile Cheque Deposits - No need to take a trip to the bank, simply use your smartphone to take a picture of your cheque and deposit it through the mobile banking app.
- Money Transfers to India: Transfer money to your beneficiaries having an account with virtually any bank in India, upon completion of a one-time beneficiary registration through our Online Banking portal.

Once you have downloaded our new app, you can activate it in 3 easy steps:
- Login with your Customer Identification Number (CIF) and password that you currently use for Online Banking.
- Upon successful login, a one-time Activation Code will be sent to your mobile number. If you would like to verify or change your mobile number in our records, please call our 24-hour Customer Contact Centre at 1-888-424-2422 prior to downloading the new app.
- Enter the Activation Code in the designated field on your mobile phone and you are all set to bank on the go - anywhere, any time.
If you conduct Mobile Banking on multiple devices, the same download and activation process must be completed on each device for security purposes.
