COVID-19 Update

At ICICI Bank Canada, the well-being of our customers and employees is of utmost importance to us. In the midst of escalating developments dealing with coronavirus COVID-19, we want to assure you that the Bank is closely monitoring the situation and has implemented measures in line with the guidelines issued by Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). A few such measures are:

  • Enabling our Business Continuity Plan to ensure continuity of business as usual.
  • Reduction in our employees’ business travels and ensuring a 14-day self-isolation for anyone who has recently travelled outside Canada.
  • Frequent disinfection of our offices and branches, making hand sanitizers and cleaning supplies readily available at all locations of the Bank..
  • Suspension of all large gatherings and conversion of all other meetings to virtual events.

  • For 24-hour banking services, please call our Customer Contact Centre at 1-888-ICICI-CA (1-888-424-2422) or log in to your account at icicibank.ca.
  • Our branch hours for all locations are changed to Monday to Friday, between 10:30 am and 4 pm, effective March 20, 2020 until further notice.
  • You may use any ABMs on THE EXCHANGE® Network (surcharge free for ICICI Bank Canada customers).
  • For mobile banking, please download the ICICI Bank Canada iMobile app from Google Play or Apple App store.
  • International Students may download the ICICI Bank Canada SPP App for account activation. Select ‘Canada Post’ and visit the nearest location for the in-person verification of your documents.
  • Business/Trade Customers can reach out to your Relationship Manager as usual.
