Activation Process
Upon your arrival in Canada,
- Submit an activation form using the same Hello Canada app.
- Choose your type of Chequing account
- Complete your identity verification in-person by visiting an ICICI Bank Canada branch or any of our authorized partners (over 7500 Canada Post locations) across Canada.
- Your account will be activated. That's it! You are all set to conduct your day-to-day banking in Canada.
Note: If there are any discrepancies observed in your activation form, a notification will be sent to your personal email address as well as your ICICI Bank Canada Secure Mailbox.
