Financial Assistance

 

Interac e-Transfer® is now free. To provide safer and more accessible banking as Canadians practice social distancing, we are now making Interac e-Transfers free. Click here to learn more about how to send, request and receive money directly from one Canadian bank account to another, anywhere in Canada.

 

Credit Card Financial Support Program is available if you require financial support from the Bank in connection with your credit card account during this difficult period. Please click here for the Credit Card Financial Support Request Form. Complete, print and send it to us at csm.ca@icicibank.com. We will review and determine the financial relief options that we can extend to you.

 

Mortgage Deferred Payment Program is available to assist mortgage borrowers financially impacted by COVID-19. Learn more.

 

 

Update on Branch Services

 

Effective August 8, 2020, our branches across Canada are resuming regular hours of operation from Monday to Saturday. Click here for more details.

 

Seniors are served with a priority in each branch at a dedicated desk/counter.

We’re all focused on how to best protect and support our customers, employees and communities we serve in the face of this unfolding crisis. As COVID-19 escalates, we want to assure you that we are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to put your health and safety first.

 

We understand the uncertainty that a situation of this nature can bring and are committed to ensuring there is minimal disruption to your banking needs with ICICI Bank Canada. We are regularly watching for guidelines issued by the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) and will keep you informed of updates as it pertains to our services.

 

In the midst of escalating developments related to COVID-19, we have implemented the following measures:

 

  • Enacted our Business Continuity Plan to ensure continuity of business with minimal disruptions.
  • Restricted all employees’ overseas business travel and implemented a non-negotiable 14-day self-isolation for anyone who has recently travelled outside Canada.
  • Conducted daily disinfection of all touchpoints at every office and branch.
  • Provided hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies at all offices and branch locations.
  • Provided flexibility and access for office employees to work remotely.
  • Suspended all large gatherings and implemented technology to conduct all meetings virtually.
