Our online Money Transfers have always been easy and convenient to use. You can initiate instant* online Money Transfers to any ICICI Bank account holder in India or to any IMPS1, NEFT2 , and RTGS3 enabled banks/branches across India. FAQs

How can I transfer money to India using the ICICI Bank Canada iMobile app?

You can transfer money to any ICICI Bank account or any IMPS1 ,NEFT2  and RTGS3-enabled bank in India directly from the ICICI Bank Canada iMobile app. Simply select a beneficiary, enter the amount and confirm the transfer. Instant transfers are available for IMPS-enabled banks. Rate block is not available through mobile banking.

 

Can I add new beneficiaries through the iMobile App?

You can add a new beneficiary under “Money Transfer to India” in the app. An One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number to complete registration. Once added, your beneficiary will be available for transfers within 24 hours.

What are Quick Pay and repeat transfers?

Quick Pay lets you repeat your last three transfers with just one tap. Simply select the previous transaction to transfer the same amount to the same beneficiary. The exchange rate applied will be the current rate on the date of the repeat transfer.

Can I schedule regular transfers to India?

You can set up standing instructions to automatically transfer funds to selected beneficiaries on specified dates. This makes regular transfers easy and ensures your loved ones receive money on time without having to repeat the process manually.

How can I track my transfers and exchange rates?

All your transfers are visible in the app's “Transaction History” section under Money to India. You can track completed and pending transfers, see recent transactions and check pre-confirmed exchange rates with low service charges for each transfer.

 

Money Transfers to recipient bank accounts that are not held with ICICI Bank Limited in India, will only be credited instantaneously if such recipient’s bank accounts are enabled for immediate payment services (IMPS). If they are not registered for IMPS, money transfers will be processed via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) or Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS). NEFT/RTGS transfers may take up to 48 business hours to process. All money transfers to India are subject to limits and restrictions imposed by IMPS and NEFT/RTGS, as applicable.
