Seniors Code Annual Report
At ICICI Bank Canada, we recognize the importance of supporting the unique needs of seniors and do our best to meet the constant change and requirements in financial services. We are committed to identifying the best practices in guiding and protecting seniors from financial abuse, fraud and scams; we strive to serve the seniors with an easy and secure banking experience.
The CBA’s Code of Conduct for the Delivery of Banking Services to Seniors was introduced in July 2019 to guide banks in how they should effectively deliver their products and services to Seniors. ICICI Bank Canada is committed to abiding by this Code and is pleased to disclose our annual report outlining our ongoing commitment to this Code of Conduct. The report focuses on the steps taken to support each principle of the Code, and the processes followed to improve the delivery of banking services to seniors.
