Refund Process for Hello Canada Account

In the event that you cancel your moving plans and require a refund, the Bank will refund the available balance in your Hello Canada Account.

Follow these simple steps to request for a refund:


1. Complete an application


Once we have approved your request, you will receive the refund within 6 weeks.


2. Return of funds


The refund can only be returned to the account from which funds were initially received.


Note: After we have successfully processed your refund request, we will close your Hello Canada Account and will not accept or process any new transactions.
