Terms & Conditions for Global Customer Offer on ICICI Bank Canada Mortgages

*ICICI Bank Canada will provide the potential borrower a recommendation based on the above assessment; however, the potential borrower may choose a product at his or her own discretion.

1. Prime Customer shall have a Beacon >700, GDS/TDS <42%/47%, and no previous bankruptcy/consumer proposal/mortgage arrears in the past.

    

2. Prime Plus Customer Discount Offer:
   • This offer is applicable for Prime Customers only

      

   • A Prime Customer becomes eligible for the Prime Plus Customer Discount Offer when the customer opts for pre-authorized mortgage payment debiting from an ICICI Bank Canada Chequing or Savings Account

      

   • Customer who does not have account with ICICI Bank Canada needs to open an account before getting the Commitment Letter. The customer shall opts for pre-authorized mortgage payment debiting from the ICICI Bank Canada account for the entire term of the mortgage

3. Global Customer is a customer who has active accounts with ICICI Bank Group in Canada and in one other country.

4. Global Customer Discount Offer:

   • This offer is applicable for Prime Customers only

   • A Prime Customer becomes eligible for the Global Customer Discount Offer when the customer opts for pre-authorized mortgage payment debiting from an ICICI Bank Canada Chequing or Savings Account and has an active account within ICICI Bank Group in one other country.

   • ICICI Bank Canada customers having NRE/NRO account(s) in India are eligible for the offer

5. Global Plus Customer Discount Offer

   • Verification is required through the latest bank statements or any other documents to support the account opening / deposits at least 10 working days prior to funding
