Registering Concerns about Ethical Conduct, Accounting Practices and Legal Standards

 

ICICI Bank Canada is committed to the highest business, governance, ethical and legal standards.  As part of this commitment, we strive to maintain an open channel of feedback from our employees, contractors, service providers and other persons working with us to serve the public.  The Bank has established a Whistleblower Policy to encourage good faith reporting of matters of concern without the risk of subsequent victimization, discrimination or disadvantage to the reporting party. 

 

If you are an employee, contractor or service provider of ICICI Bank Canada and you have concerns relating to:

 

(1) actual or suspected breaches of applicable law,

(2) selection or application of accounting principles,

(3) acts resulting in financial loss or loss of reputation by the organization,

(4) misuse of office or breach of ethical standards, or

(5) contravention of policies, procedures or voluntary codes of conduct adopted by the Bank;
